    In depth

    Verdict

Fairy Monarch ran well last time and gets the vote here ahead of Expected Bonus and Adobe. The selection won going away at Musselburgh last time when getting the better of Barataria. He is clearly in good heart and it could pay to stick with him while he is in such good form. Expected Bonus has been well beaten on each of his last two starts but he does go well here and if he runs up to his best then he will not be far away at the finish. Adobe finished in mid-division at Warwick last time but if he is in the mood he is more than capable of getting competitive. He goes well on the all-weather and has to be considered. Insgnia tackles this trip for the first time and is worth a look in the market, but for the winner we will return to Fairy Monarch.
