Jaime Sommers is the only course and distance winner in the line-up having gained his only victory to date in a maiden last May. He's generally consistent and rarely beaten far which could be the case again here. Two of Logical Song's last three runs have been over fences and they were in the winter. He's better on softer ground so is overlooked in favour of ZANJABEEL (NAP). Gordon Elliott's four-year-old won a handicap at Tramore and, after making too many mistakes at Wexford, landed a maiden on the Flat at Bellewstown a fortnight ago. Mezajy has yet to win in nine starts over timber and was beaten a long way when runner-up at Wexford last time. Coherent wasn't far behind the selection at Tramore and has since run well at Gowran so he could prove a threat with more to come.
