Verdict

After a fine run behind His Excellency at Leopardstown, Hangar Five was strongly fancied to go one better at Limerick but found GOLDPLATED much too good for him. The winner is improving fast and can reverse earlier Tramore running with Kildare Kitten, who has subsequently run very poorly though is tried in blinkers for the first time. Via Del Corso was a long way behind the top weights at Limerick and needs to improve but Latin Prayer, who unseated her rider after hitting the rail, is one to keep an eye on as she had shown potential at Clonmel earlier. Watch The Birdie has one or two decent pieces of form that would give here a chance if at her best.
