In depth

Verdict

Gerannjo has been struggling at the weights since landing a mares' beginners' chase here last August while Francis Du Mesnil also looks too high after being raised 7lbs from his success at Listowel in September. Banna Man hasn't won for over a year and has had plenty of chances while On Your Way is still a maiden after 10 starts over fences. MY LORD OSCAR is very consistent and jumps and stays well. Enda Bolger's charge prefers some cut in the ground as he had when a good fourth to Jack Finch at Listowel last month and gets the vote to outstay these rivals.
