      Verdict

Dash To The Top and Celtique look the two to concentrate on in this tricky maiden fillies' stakes and we will give the vote to Dash To The Top. The selection made a pleasing debut when second behind Night Of Joy at Nottingham and as she really seemed to be getting the hang of things in the closing stages that day she could be the answer here. She ran very green on her racecourse bow but showed plenty of speed inside the final furlong and if she comes on for that run she should take plenty of stopping here. Celtique rates the main danger as this well-bred filly from the Sir Michael Stoute yard and she stayed on well to finish second behind Thakafaat at Newmarket's July meeting. She had her ideal conditions that day as she is bred to appreciate cut in the ground so it will be interesting to see how she gets on on this slightly faster surface. Higher Love and Interim Payment are both well-bred sorts from leading yards who have to be respected, and a watching brief on the market is advised for these two newcomers for any signs of confidence. Alula was a little disappointing on her debut at Newbury but she may well fare better over this longer trip so she is not one to entirely rule out, but Dash To The Top sets a fair standard here and is taken to score.
