ALARAZI has been off the track for some time but earns a tentative vote in the opening contest but a market check is advised. Lucy Wadham's recruit was placed in Group races on the level and was pitched in at the deep end over hurdles by his previous connections; this is more realistic and he's a fascinating contender in a race where not that many have achieved a great deal. My Brother Sylvest has done more than most but he's been resoundly thrashed the last twice so cannot be backed with confidence. Call It On has something to find with him on the figures but may have more to offer for new connections but the biggest threat is probably Vico Road who showed ability in a warm bumper on debut and can be expected to improve appreciably for his hurdling bow.
