Verdict

Blue Deer will be all the better for his reappearance at Newbury while West Side will have learned plenty from his debut at Yarmouth. Mixed Emotions was second at Brighton after a long break and Alpha Delta Whisky has already been placed a couple of times this year. But the form book suggests this can go to REDVERS, who chased home the promising Chiefdom Prince at Pontefract last month and doesn't appear to be facing anything of his calibre here. Formal Demand might need this but was quite highly tried as a juvenile and worth noting for future reference.
