In depth

Verdict

Successful in four of his last five starts in sellers, American Art only found Grand Art too good in a claimer at Southwell earlier this month. Baccalaureate has won twice at Ludlow recently but this longer trip could pose a problem. Khorun stays well, however, and was successful over this trip at Hereford last time though was well behind American Art at Uttoxeter in September. Wee Giant comes out best at the weights but this is his first start for Tony Coyle and BLUE SIGNAL is preferred. Things haven't worked out for him over fences but this is his first appearance in this grade and he has every chance of success if reproducing the form of his second at Towcester in April.
