Verdict

Shield and Egyptian Warrior made their debuts for Aidan O'Brien at Punchestown last month and though both ran respectably they will need much more in this better race. Ange Balafre finished runner-up in the same contest and should come out on top again while Cillian's Return made a reasonable start in what looked a decent bumper won by the Cheltenham fancy Le Vent D'Antan on this track in January. GRECIAN TIGER has a penalty for his victory at Naas where he started odds-on. He probably had a bit more in the locker despite eventually scrambling home and with the quicker ground certain to help he's handed the vote to remain unbeaten.
