In depth

Verdict

Willie Mullins, who won this a year ago with the filly Petite Parisienne, has a trio of entries this time including another filly in Let's Dance. She started odds-on for her debut for the yard on heavy ground here last month and looked like winning approaching the last but had no answer when IVANOVICH GORBATOV swept past. The winner, who had won two of his three starts on the Flat, was very impressive and with slightly better conditions likely to suit even more than the runner-up he can confirm his position at the head of the Triumph Hurdle betting. Mullins is also represented by the useful pair Footpad and Allblak Des Places, who both have plenty of experience yet are progressive while Jer's Girl only just failed to make all in a Grade 2 over track and trip here on St Steven's Day.
