Verdict

Money Trader beat African Cat by a head off levels over the minimum trip at Naas last July and is now 4lbs better off. The runner-up has since made a winning return at Dundalk and may have made the more progress. BRUSHED ASIDE promised plenty in her first season and showed that she had trained on with a convincing success over 7f at Dundalk. Today's shorter trip won't be an inconvenience and she can continue to improve. All of Rudi Valentino's three appearances last term were over 7f on testing ground and this front-runner can be expected to be more effective on today's better going and shorter trip. Miss Velocity disappointed at Dundalk on Friday and the handicapper looks to have her in his grip.
