    Verdict

WAAHEB has never really fulfilled his promise despite winning five of his 13 career starts including a Listed bumper. He scored over hurdles in January before well beaten in the Coral Cup at Cheltenham and a humble maiden like this should be within his capabilities. News At Six made his debut over 2m at Navan in October which suggests Jim Bolger believes him to be a stayer. He ran quite well for a long way and should be capable of winning a minor race. Why Me made his debut over 6f then stepped up to a mile before his best run to date over this trip at the Curragh. The remainder will need to raise their game to get involved.
