Indian Buck was a big disappointment when strongly fancied at Punchestown after a good run behind Peak Raider at Gowran. He owes his supporters a favour and couldn't be better handicapped. Noble Commander has a couple of bits of form to recommend him but was a long way behind BURNT OIL BABE when Willie Murphy's mare scored at Downpatrick in October. Subsequent good runs have seen the winner shoot up the weights and, though she faces a stiff task, her overall form looks strong enough to regain the winning thread. Mountain Lough has failed to finish in four of his six starts over fences but did better at Thurles last time while Lock Mor Lad looks an improving chaser though an absence since September is a concern.
