Verdict

Rangi won his maiden over 7f here last time but will need further improvement to land this while Gabrial The Boss has been making hay in lesser company and will also find life much tougher. Kempton winner Canadian Run just failed under a penalty on his latest start and is up another 2lb today but King George River had the measure of Blue Wave when runner-up over a mile here last week and should go close again. INFINITE MAGIC still ran a shade green when finding one too good at Wolverhampton in December but, with cheekpieces applied and Ryan Moore on board, he's expected to show further progress and come out best today.
