In depth

Verdict

A low grade cavalry charge with a token vote going to GULLAND ROCK. He’s back on a winning mark having won at Kempton in March and Silvestre De Sousa takes over the reins today. A Sure Welcome rattled up a four-timer on the all-weather earlier and has a shout back at this level but Beepeecee failed to cope with 6lb extra last time having won at Salisbury before that. Bookmaker and Freddy With A Y are usually thereabouts without winning but Bryght Boy was due to run yesterday at Doncaster.
