Cafe Elektric won on debut and followed this up with a close third when last seen. The winner hasn't turned out again yet but the second has subsequently won at Kempton but has hardly franked the form in finishing second last in the Super Sprint at Newbury last month. Therefore we take on Sir Mark Prescott's option with DEEP SOUTH who wasn't disgraced in a Listed affair at Ascot most recently finishing ahead of Sonoran Sands. There should be more to come from the 320,000 guineas purchase so we take a chance with the Godolphin option in this race.
