In a wide open handicap where just six pounds covers the whole field we're going to concentrate at the top of the weights and give our vote to LAURELDEAN DESERT, who is potentially well treated based on her last start, with Wigan Lane remaining interesting with another four pounds removed from his load while Marjolly can be considered on the pick of his three runs. Plenty in this field make handicap debuts making the business of finding a winner even tougher but having been not beaten far by a successful handicap performer rated 71 in her last start the pick is potentially well weighted rated at 60. She has shaped with some promise and can take this. Wigan Lane continues to tumble down the weights but did show a spark of form when four pounds heavier over a shorter trip at Kempton last time so if building on that he looks a leading player. Marjolly isn't obviously well weighted on his first start in these ranks but has some creditable maiden performances to his name and Phoenix Rose can go better now upped in trip. Not the best handicap you'll come across but Laureldean Desert has the potential to be well treated.
