We have a form famine on our hands for this maiden but with Main Spring hailing from a yard whose newcomers often need their first run we're turning our attentions to the classily bred RUMOUSH while Shamir has shaped well in his last two starts. As a half-sister to 1000 Guineas winner Ghanaati the selection should have a bright future over this sort of trip and with other top horses in her family sharing plenty of big prizes between them she has the potential to be very good. Main Spring's immediate bloodline doesn't live up to that of the selection's, however, one of her relations is Nashwan, which certainly adds to her claims, although she will be at her best over further in time. Shamir built on a solid debut to find just one too good on each of his last two starts and should benefit for this step up in trip while Boston Blue should go better now after a encouraging first run. This could be a race for the notebooks and Rumoush looks the call.
