Verdict

All of these are winners but top weight KING GEORGE RIVER has the best form to date. He was only beaten a nose in similar company here a fortnight ago and an apprentice's 7lb claim could give him the edge in this. Gabrial The Boss has plenty to make up with the selection on latest running while Ningara failed to land the odds on his handicap debut having won at Kempton before that. Henry The Aviator, Great Demeanor and Rouge Nuage are all recent maiden winners with the former making most appeal after scoring on his debut at Wolverhampton.
