Another tough race to call here for punters with many in with chances on bits and pieces of form but the principals look to be So Elegant, Grannary Girl and Just Beware and the narrow vote is given to Grannary Girl. The selection has been in fair form of late and although slightly disappointing last time out this is easier and from a good draw she looks the value bet in an open affair. So Elegant won well in this grade a couple of runs ago before being outclassed in a better race last time out. This is easier and under conditions that suit she will not be far away. Just Beware is dropping in grade and is from a shrewd yard so should be noted in the market but his overall form of late leaves him with a little to find . Persian Khanoom is one of the least exposed in the field so at least he is open to some improvement with his young apprentice taking off a handy seven pounds and is another to note in the market but in a race that throws up more questions than answers for the winner we return to Grannary Girl.
