In depth

Verdict

KEYCHAIN's ability to handle the testing ground has to be taken on trust but his fourth at Huntingdon earlier in the month is the best piece of form on offer. He gets the nod as Couloir Extreme was tailed off on his hurdling bow and Unidexter was also beaten a distance at Plumpton despite finishing third. A winner on the Flat at Killarney, Slipper Satin has joined Noel Quinlan and makes more appeal than fellow hurdling debutant Ninepointsixthree.
