Points winner Mike Towey stepped up on his debut effort when headed at the post on his latest start at Ffos Las. He looks likely to be winning one of these soon but CAPE BRETON could prove too good for him here. Bred in the purple, the latter never made it to the track on the Flat but made a promising debut for current connections when second at Kempton earlier this month. He can go one better today with that experience under his belt. Jackstown and Millksheikh were both placed on their recent debuts and are others to note, along with Inverclyde who could prove best of the newcomers.
