JAMBO BIBI and Miss Clairton should dominate the opener with narrow preference for the former. Richard Hannon's charge was a shade disappointing last time when stepped up to six, a move that on pedigree at least should've been to her benefit, but prior to that she'd shown good pace over the minimum trip and we've no concerns on that score. Indeed, her best effort came when narrowly denied over course and distance on debut and a positive ride should see her take all the beating. Sir Mark Prescott has his juveniles in grand form so Miss Clairton merits plenty of respect. She was a big eye-catcher when fourth on debut when flying up the hill at Catterick but had few excuses there last time and it's a slight surprise she's not been stepped up in trip to land a maiden. Perhaps connections have half an eye on nurseries and she's opposable with the emphasis on speed here. Majestic Style has shown next to nothing thus far and Alltherightmoves will need to find plenty of improvement for first time blinkers, so the biggest threat to our pair might come from one of the newcomers with Loved To Bits the most appealing. Peter Makin's filly has landed the plot draw and there's speed in the dam's side of the pedigree so a market check is required to assess her as it is for Jameela Girl, but Jambo Bibi should be hard to peg back and gets the vote.
