Verdict

Mark Johnston hasn't found a great deal of winners with his juveniles of late and Memorabilia hardly looks like the way forward from his runs so far, whilst Our Way Only wasn't disgraced on a first try in a handicap at Kempton and with an extra furlong may find some improvement. Malpas Missile is interesting stepped-up in trip for Tom Dascombe but Danube Dancer and Miss Moneypenni have struggled since maiden victories. However it is two last time out winners that catch the eye most. RUTTERKIN just gets the call ahead of Rafella in this contest, as there should be more to come from this progressive Godolphin colt. He is a half-brother to a Listed-winning miler and with Mahmood Al Zarooni having a 30% record with all-weather entries this year there is plenty to suggest another good run.
