Verdict

Ravenna has solid claims judged by official BHB ratings but has given little sign of encouragement in his last two starts and a better bet in a moderate contest looks to be Right Option, who gets the vote ahead of Treetops Hotel. The last mentioned comes here having won a claimer over course and distance last week and has to be respected but marginal preference is for Right Option who also landed a race over course and distance last time. Simon Dow's gelding has showed improved form for stepping up to this trip last time and is taken to follow up. David Pipe's Ocean Pride is capable of taking a hand in this company but has given little cause for optimism in recent starts over hurdles, while Yenaled is hard to recommend on all known form. In a moderate contest then it is Right Option who gets the vote.
