      Verdict

      Paradise Dancer is back over his optimum trip here and will take all the beating with Murrin and Happy As Larry appearing the main dangers. Paradise Dancer was last seen contesting a 7f contest over the course at the beginning of the month where he just appeared to be doing too much and consequently folded in the closing stages. Back over a mile here will be more to his liking. Market support for Murrin should be noted as he hails from a yard who are not afraid to put the cash down. He did not appear to get home over 10f on his final start of the turf season but is now only 1lb higher than his last win, that being achieved at Goodwood in June. He does tend to make it hard work for himself by missing the break which would be a worry around a sharp course like Lingfield. Happy As Larry has been shown some mercy by the handicapper recently and a return to form would get him involved but Paradise Dancer is the nomination to get back in the winners enclosure.
