Verdict

FOGHORN LEGHORN should be able to make the most of this return to maiden company and can confine Silca Conegliano and Partout Le Magasin to minor roles. Peter Chapple-Hyam's colt may not have won a race yet but he did show enough on his first two starts to merit a tilt at Listed level and he was far from disgraced in contests at Sandown and Epsom, The form of the latter race, the Woodcote Stakes, has worked out particularly well with the third, fourth and fifth all successful next time and Foghorn Leghorn should be able to maintain that sequence. Partout Le Magasin was outclassed at Sandown but he may well have finished second with a clear passage and can be rated better than the bare form whilst the relatively exposed Silca Conegliano has place claims with the interesting Dubai Affair possibly better suited by further. She's worth noting with an eye on the future but today can belong to Foghorn Leghorn.
