In depth

Verdict

A weak bumper to conclude today's action can fall to Marsh Court, with Definite Lynn, Evilith Abbey, and Diavoleria rated as the main dangers, although market support for any of the newcomers should be heeded. The selection was only beaten a head over course and distance on her debut and should appreciate today's testing conditions. She was running on that day and must be of interest today. Diavoleria comes from a shrewd stable and should be wiser for her debut run when she was a staying on fourth. She is one to keep a close eye on in the market, as is Definite Lynn, a newcomer from the Nicky Henderson yard. With a record of five wins from ten bumper runners he certainly warrants utmost respect. Carl Llewellyn has some decent bumper horses in the yard but Tizzy Blue is yet to show a lot, whilst Evilith Abbey is an interesting newcomer from a respected stable. Ultimately the market will provide the clues, but we will stick with Mark Scudamore's Marsh Court.
