Verdict

Bodega and Saffron Prince are the pick here on past form but neither exactly covered themselves in glory last time and already look exposed. Vermouth Bleu appears to have gone backwards since a fourth to Captain Cutter at Market Rasen in December so we'll take a chance on hurdling newcomer LOCHNAGAR. He has his first run for Venetia Williams but was placed twice over middle-distance in France last year and had won twice in Germany as a three-year-old.
