In depth

Verdict

Philharmonic Hall couldn't manage a win in 18 starts on the Flat but has already broken his duck over timber, coming home eight lengths clear of Tarantella Lady at Hexham after finishing a fair third at Haydock. He has the beating of Baharat on the form book but may struggle to give 7lb to ROYAL OPERA, who was just beaten on his debut at Aintree before finishing third at Bangor and had subsequent Huntingdon winner Unex Picasso behind on both occasions. The others are hard to fancy.
