Too generous, who has won four of her previous five starts, was having her first start for a year when beaten a long way over 3m in heavy ground at Ludlow and might need another run. GRATE FELLA looked a nice staying prospect when scoring over 2m3f at Catterick, giving the impression that this sort of trip will bring about more improvement so he looks the one to be on. Saffron Wells hasn't had much experience and makes his handicap debut after a fine run over this trip at Leicester where he stayed on strongly. Phare Isle has won just once in 32 starts over hurdles and it's a while since the once promising Jukebox Melody showed any worthwhile form. Last Shadow is likely to prove more of a threat as he relished testing ground and looks on a fair mark after just four starts over hurdles.
