Verdict

JP McManus paid 125,000 euros for PRETTY OBVIOUS in 2015. He’s had to be patient to see his purchase on the track but the Montmartre gelding has speed and stamina in his pedigree and could be useful. He can make a winning debut at the main expense of last month’s penalised Huntingdon winner Cresswell Legend. Second Time Around appears to be improving with experience but the same can’t be said of Witham. The Bottom Bar may be best of the rest.
