Peter Bowen might have a chance of a quick double in this as MIGHTY CLARETS ran his best race so far over hurdles at Stratford two weeks ago. He was a frequent winner on the level and is less exposed than some of these over timber. Tadabeer, another useful sort on the Flat, was well backed at Worcester but could only finish third and more is needed now while Bob's Legend looks to have plenty of weight for a modest third at Ludlow. Persian Herald and Tiradia have had plenty of chances and the latter was beaten in a seller last time.
