        Verdict

        Godolphin usually dominate this classic trial and their two representatives will be geared up for this. GOLD TOWN has a superb pedigree and looked one to look forward to this year when slamming his rivals in a Newmarket nursery in August. He's the highest rated here and could outclass these rivals, though Deyaarna has won at Chelmsford and Wolverhampton so could be better suited by today's surface. Roland Rocks competed at a very high level after a successful debut at Musselburgh in June though he's untried on Dirt as is Blue Laureate, a Doncaster maiden winner for Clive Cox. Wasim also scored on Town Moor and he's run well in two starts over the track and trip though isn't certain to confirm latest form with Rua Augusta, who wasn't far behind him three weeks ago on his first start since October.
