In depth

Verdict

REPOSER can land this for Ireland as his latest success at Leopardstown was given a boost when runner-up Brown Butterfly scored on Thursday. Snow Bay went up 7lb for scoring at Thirsk and almost defied the extra when just touched off by Best Trip at Catterick and another 3lb rise is more than offset by Shirley Teasdale's claim. Midnight Dynamo was in good form last summer and still looks reasonably treated but the biggest threat looks to be Powerful Presence, who completed a hat-trick early last summer and has now dropped to a very winnable mark.
