Verdict

Kie has already won here and at Kelso but weakened rapidly at Kempton on his latest outing and may lack the scope of some of his rivals. The double penalty may also catch out Chadford, who has his sights lowered after contesting a Grade 1 at Chepstow but may struggle to confirm Catterick running in November with Uncle Bryn on 3lb worse terms. Red Inca should improve on his third at Wetherby but this can go to CREEKSIDE. Bought out of John Oxx's yard, he doesn't look entirely straightforward but appeared to have a lot in hand when beating Uncle Bryn on his debut and can beat his old rival again despite re-opposing on 6lb worse terms.
