Saga De Tercey finished second at Sedgefield last month and had a good strike rate in staying races on the Flat. But the fitting of blinkers is a worrying sign and just as interesting is LEADER OF THE GANG. Ferdy Murphy's charge was only seven lengths behind Cross Of Honour, a winner over C&D on Saturday, when third on his hurdling debut over 2m3f at Market Rasen and has plenty of scope for improvement. Blazing White Face probably needed his run in an Ayr bumper recently and has place prospects again along with Regal Park, a stayer on the level who had excuses on his hurdles bow at Huntingdon and will know more today.
