Bellgrove couldn't cope with Mandarin Sunset over an extra half-mile on this track last time but makes his handicap debut from a fair mark and should go close. PASS MUSTER likes it here and arrives in very good heart after landing a jumpers' bumper at Southwell. With Adam Nicol's claim to help he looks good enough to gain his second victory on the track. Cool Sky has to be a big threat as he was only just behind the selection at Southwell and makes his handicap debut over timber off what could prove a lenient mark. Dante's Frolic landed a Catterick maiden a year ago and was returning from a long absence when running well for a long way at Kelso in December.
