In depth

Verdict

LA ASOMADA has gone close at Wolverhampton in both starts so far this year. She was also narrowly beaten in a maiden race over track and trip last year and David Barron’s filly gets the nod on that form. Bond Bombshell was placed here on her latest start in September while Fumbo Jumbo found only one too good off today’s mark at Catterick last week. Dark Confidant’s best form has been over longer trips and Emerald Asset is preferred in this.
