Verdict

Winning point-to-pointer CHUTE HALL steps up to this trip for the first time over hurdles and looks certain to be suited after staying on behind Cheltenham hope Faugheen at Punchestown. With trip and ground in his favour he can see off the challenge of Shield, another who will be suited by the longer trip after failing to find the necessary pace over two miles here last month. Ttebbob showed much improved form to chase home Noble Endeavor over 2m4f at Punchestown while Oscar Fiain chased home Thunder And Roses at Thurles before disappointing in a handicap.
