In depth

Verdict

CURLY, a daughter of Galileo and related to a couple of winners, makes a belated debut but has several Group entries so gets the vote to make a successful start. Kisanga has a stamina-packed pedigree and this could prove on the short side so the main threat should come from Captain Vancouver, who showed plenty of promise last season and returned with a cracking run over a mile at Leopardstown where he led for most of the way. Daubney's Dream has been running well enough over shorter and should be suited by the extra.
