Verdict

Aidan O'Brien had six entered at the early stage and relies on Epsom Derby entry LEADING LIGHT. The son of Montjeu landed a Tipperary maiden in the style of a horse who would be a much better three-year-old and can make a successful reappearance. Sun On The Run was totally unfancied on his debut at Cork in March but stormed through to win going away. However, that was over 6f so he's taking a big step-up in trip here. Canary Row twice finished runner-up to Dawn Approach early last year but never really replicated those runs and is till a maiden. David Wachman's pair Fighter Squadron and Time For Action will need to find improvement from their Polytrack victories and Cest Notre Gris may do better in handicaps.
