Verdict

Dual bumper and hurdles winner SAINT GERVAIS has been going well on the level and looks well enough treated on a mark of 84 to take this under Joseph O'Brien. Seventh Sign, who completed a hat-trick at around this trip in the summer, found the distance too far when tackling the Irish Cesarewitch and can do much better. Face Value battled on well to beat the fancied Everything Zain at Tramore but, like The Four Elms, will need to show a bit more improvement from his new mark though the latter will be better for a recent run over hurdles. Hide The Evidence produced an astonishing performance to score by 19 lengths at Roscommon and was by no means disgraced in the Irish Cesarewitch next time.
