    Verdict

SUPER KENNY has been well-touted and he can make a winning start at the main expense of Rougham. Siding with a newcomer is always a risk but this French recruit showed on the flat that he is a horse of potential. Twice a winner, he was placed at Listed level and bought for £60,000 by current connections. A big run will be expected as he has an entry in the Triumph Hurdle. Rougham has an official rating of 128 and was a winner at Wincanton on debut. He has been given a two month break since finishing sixth behind Me Voici and should relish this easier task today. Pool Of Knowledge was unfancied on his UK debut at Market Rasen; that race has worked out well but he was beaten 73 lengths. Worth A King'S was a winner off a mark of 80 at Epsom in October and he looks an interesting recruit to hurdling, although handicaps after this run look a more likely proposition. Lucky Score is no world-beater on the flat (rated around 60), so she is hard to fancy in this opener as we plump for fellow newcomer Super Kenny.
