In depth

Verdict

Summer Charm, Rakata and Noora are the three to consider here and preference is for Summer Charm to win again. Rakata's only win came at Salisbury in October and she seems to be a little inconsistent. A good run at Warwick was followed by another good effort at Leicester but she was a disappointment next time when slightly raised in class, although she was well backed. Wins at Salisbury and Newbury on fast ground towards the end of last season suggest Noora can play a part here, and although she has gone up the handicap as a consequence, she was staying on at the finish on her seasonal debut and can go well here. Summer Charm is only four pounds higher here than when scoring at Sandown last time and can win again. She had already scored at Redcar and had finished second in between times. The form looks solid and she can handle any surface. Summer Charm can keep the punters happy.
