Verdict

Richard Hughes would have had the choice of the Hannon pair and it's not hard to see why he has gone for Bon Voyage but, having spurned a number of chances to break his duck, we will oppose with TELMEYD. William Haggas boasts a decent record with his three-year-olds at Newbury, and having held a number of possible entries earlier in the week, the 120,000gns purchase lines up here. Skaters Waltz showed enough in his Goodwood reappearance to suggest that he'd trained on, though it was Between Wickets that was backed off the boards ahead of that contest. Defeat must have been come as a major surprise to the Tregoning team so the market should be monitored again. Dianora is an exceptionally well-bred daughter of Coronation Stakes winner Nannina and Sir Michael Stoute's filly can build upon the promise of her Salisbury debut.
