The veterans Shrewd Investor and Master Sebastian are the only C&D winners here but neither has shown much for some time. Manoubi is another getting on in years but he's been running well enough to get involved while Shelomoh, a winner over 2m1f here, has some decent form though a long absence to overcome. Star Player looked useful a couple of years ago and has returned in reasonable shape though he has plenty of weight and SEEKING POWER is well enough treated to take this. The 10-year-old landed a handicap at Kelso in February and returned from a break to run Matmata De Tendron close at Hexham in November when conditions were very testing.
