In depth

Verdict

The two with the best form represent the same owners for different yards. Saakhen has joined the Fahey stable having shown some ability in Ireland early last year but G FORCE is just preferred. The latter finished seven lengths clear of the rest when finding only Scrutiny too good at Newbury in October and looks sure to be winning races this season. Lord Clyde ran well enough without threatening to win last term and Soul Brother has the most recent form with a second over 6f here earlier this month.
