Herostatus has won on the Flat at Catterick and York this year and should step up on previous runs over timber. Dresden didn't show much on the level but Donald McCain may be able to find a race for him over hurdles while the filly Brook Star won over 1m6f as a three-year-old should have no problems with the trip. DOTTIES DILEMMA has already won a point-to-point, a bumper and race over hurdles. He can defy his penalty to extend his unbeaten record, though Duke Of Navan has a jumping pedigree and should be able to build on a couple of placed efforts in bumpers last season.
