Nullarbor Sky defied a 10lb leap in the weights to score at Yarmouth in June but will find this tougher after a further rise. GABRIAL THE HERO popped up at 16/1 at Doncaster on his return from nearly two years off the track. He can confirm running with Odin and go in again despite a 4lb higher mark as though Pasaka Boy has dropped back to a winning mark, it was soft ground when he won at Newbury last season but Astra Hall remains in the handicapper's grip on the evidence of her recent form.
